What should I not eat after teeth whitening?
During the whitening period, avoid fizzy drinks and colourings such as red soft drinks and red sauces. Do not drink coffee, tea or wine and stop smoking temporarily.
How long should I whiten my teeth myself to get white teeth?
We recommend a whitening procedure of 5 days, wearing the trays for 2 hours a day. The result is only really visible after a week or two. If you are not yet satisfied with the result, you can repeat the whitening procedure for another 5 consecutive days. The result depends on the number of hours per day and the number of days you whiten, as well as how receptive your teeth are to whitening.
How long do my teeth stay white after whitening?
If the result is insufficient, it may be useful to repeat the treatment after 1 to 2 months, especially with strong discolouration.
One year after the whitening procedure, a single 2-hour session is enough to return to the situation immediately after whitening. Because your teeth have a kind of ‘memory’ for whitening, this shorter procedure is sufficient. You can obtain new, fresh Opalescence® syringes from your dentist for this.

No, teeth whitening is not suitable for pregnant women, children or people with serious gum problems. During the intake, we always check whether whitening is suitable for you.
