At Loef Mondzorg in Rotterdam, we like to work together with other healthcare providers to guarantee the best possible oral care for our patients. We believe that close cooperation with GPs, specialists and fellow dentists is essential to give our patients the care they need.

As a healthcare provider, you can refer patients to us for
- CBCT imaging;
- Full mouth rehabilitation;
- Tooth wear;
- Cosmetic dentistry;
- Implantology.
We value clear communication and feedback. After a treatment has been completed, you always receive a detailed report, so you stay informed about the progress and treatment plan of your patient. We consider it important that you, as the referrer, can keep control over your patient’s care.

Referring patients to Loef Mondzorg is easy. Complete the referral form below or contact us directly on 010 200 4815 or info@loef.nl. We make sure your patient can get an appointment at our practice at short notice. -

Loef Mondzorg
Our dental practice at Weena 91 is easy to reach, right in the centre of Rotterdam and within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station. Thanks to this central location, the practice is easily accessible by public transport: several train, metro, tram and bus lines stop close to the Weena, including metro lines B, D and E. From Rotterdam Central Station you will be at the practice within a few minutes, making it ideal for residents of Rotterdam as well as patients from surrounding towns.
The practice is also easy to reach by car via the main roads into the city centre, with parking facilities nearby. This means Loef Mondzorg combines a central location with excellent accessibility, both by public transport and by car.
